The James A Michener Art Museum and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts are pleased to bring Daniel Garber’s work to the public in Daniel Garber: Romantic Realist. This exhibit will be featured at the Michener Art Museum from January 27 through May 6, 2007 and at the Pennsylvania Academy from January 26 through April 8, 2007.

Daniel Garber is recognized as one of the finest artists to emerge from the Pennsylvania School of Impressionism. Garber painted many sites throughout Bucks County, while residing in Lumberville, Bucks County, PA.

Museum Tickets:
The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown will collaborate to present Daniel Garber: Romantic Realist, January 27 to May 6, 2007. The exhibition will open in Philadelphia at the Academy January 27 and be on view through April 8, 2007. In Doylestown at the Michener, the exhibition will run January 27 through May 6, 2007. The exhibition will be split chronologically, with the works at the Academy examining the period of Garber's oeuvre between 1901 and 1928, and 1929 through 1955 at the Michener Museum.
