Also new is a magical 22,000 square-foot Winter Greene garden that has been planted with trees, shrubs and flowers that are at their peak in the fall and winter months. Its strolling path is lighted by real gas lanterns and showcases new bronze statuary and festively decorated evergreen trees. Next you'll visit The Pearl S. Buck Historic Site. Their Holiday Festival takes place from mid-November until the end of December and is a special and unique time to visit this remarkable home that belonged to the Pulitzer and Nobel Prize-winning author. Tour the house and learn about the famous author as you glimpse holiday traditions worldwide with local decorators each displaying in a different room with different countries holiday decorations. The International Gift Shop showcases a unique selection of Asian giftware and Pearl S. Buck books. |

The Village is an 18th -century style shopping destination of 65 quality specialty shops and restaurants and an antique Grand Carousel, all set amidst 42 acres of award winning landscaped gardens and winding brick walkways. From mid-November through the first week in January, the Village holds its annual gingerbread house competition and over 50 entries are displayed throughout the holiday season in the Village Gazebo .
